About Us

Our customers are used to EXCELLENT SERVICE and HIGH STANDARDS from us. We are very picky about our work! If you are not happy with it, we want to know and make it right. We will glady replace any item if the error was by machine or by us. We inspect every item for product flaws wherever your design will appear. If we notice anything we will call you so that you may replace it before work is started.

Now that holiday shopping is here, you can "Shop and Drop or Wait". Then "Take and Wrap" generally all in one day. We try to complete orders within 24-72 hours. If the item is a Personalized gift, then we try and do it WHILE-U-WAIT. Our hours are By Appointment Only. We take appointments from early morning to late evenings, but prefer not meeting after 10 p.m. on weekends.

We do a sample run of your logo or design to make certain that it is exactly what you want. If it is a small order, we can do it WHILE-U-WAIT. If it is a large order, or an order for out-of-area, will run a sample and e-mail you a digital image for your approval. We try to run our samples similiar colored material or product you.
